There you will relax, de-stress, and detox. You will eat organics, yoga on the grass, meditate on the beach, hike the retreat's own trails, enjoy a cozy private room in a stylish eco-built cottage, connect with like-minded people, and have the time to go within. 

There you will discover the simple changes you can make to your lifestyle based on your unique Ayurvedic constitution to enjoy a happier life in a healthier body.

WORKSHOP: Ayurveda  and optimal health through lifestyle adjustments according to your constitution. 

During this retreat, Antonina will share what she learned in an Ayurvedic clinic of Nothern India and during her year-long continuing apprenticeship with an Ayurvedic Dr. Vinod Verma - the first one to bring Ayurveda and yoga to Europe with a scientific approach 20 years ago. 

 

In a relaxing atmosphere you will discover:

  • Your unique Ayurvedic constitution and your personal optimal balance (prakriti)
  • Simple ways of bringing yourself to balance when you are out of it (vikriti)
  • The best foods, drink, exercise, asana yoga, breathing, and meditation suitable for your type
  • Simple detox and rejuvenation practices to lose weight, increase energy and get rid of minor ailments such as chronic fatigue, flatulence, insomnia, acidity, indigestion, body aches etc. 
  • Ayurvedic nutrition. Cooking for the 5 senses and 6 tastes. Techniques for maximum absorption, digestion, assimilation and evacuation.  
  • Preparing simple, nutritious and sensually-gratifying meals. 
  • Mental equilibrium. Thought digestion, assimilation and detoxification. 
  • How to bring your mind to a state of calm in any situation with conscious breathing, therapeutic yoga and concentration 

 

You will leave the retreat not only more aware but full of self-knowledge and inspired to take responsibility for your health!

the world's oldest systematic medical tradition, originated in India thousands of years ago, but its wisdom regarding attaining good health, vitality and happiness is universal and timeless. According to Ayurveda, most ailments originate from the imbalance of the digestive system and mind. Ayurveda teaches us how to make conscious nutritional choices that are best for our body and mind and in tune with our Prakruti or constitution. Food, the life force of all living things, nourishes the body, mind and spirit and is ultimately our best medicine.

YOGA and AYURVEDA

are sister Vedic sciences that have been united for thousands of years for the sake of healing body, mind, and consciousness. Generally speaking, Ayurveda deals more with the health of the body, while yoga deals with purifying the mind and consciousness, but in reality they complement and embrace each other.
